Recommendations after microneedling treatment

Do not manipulate, touch, massage the treated area for at least 8 hours, it is normal to have bruising, redness, itching, pain and swelling in the treated area.
Do not wash or shower the treated area.
Do not apply any lotion or cream for at least 6 hours after the treatment.
Do not apply makeup 12 hours after treatment.
Do not be exposed to the sun or tanning beds, wait at least 7 days after treatment and for heavy exercise routines 72 hours after treatment.
Do not use peeling, scrubs, steam, heat, hot smoke, or abrasive elements for the skin for the next week.
Apply sunscreen every 4hr to avoid spots. at least spf 50
Drink water
Take only acetaminophen if feel pain
Take a day immediately after treatment to rest and skin recover itself.
